It’s late 2018 and I’m still waiting for Netflix to make an official “delete all records of me watching this” button.

I definitely watch EQG only because of its pony connections. I have also watched every episode in both English AND Finnish because I’m so desperate for any and all things mlp.
 
I think I’d even watch sports if they managed to incorporate ponies in them.

Although sunset is EQG exclusive so I take that back. I love her redemption arc.

Really any music from RR and beyond the crew really stepped up there game. I didn’t “hate” the first’s movie’s music, but the RR and FG and LoE’s music is far superior imho.

music is good though, especially in RR, and i like the style.

Was there a notification that tells it to stop re-recommending that film you never wanted to watch but never the one you did which was removed from your list.

Let’s face it, it was an attempt to get a cut of the share that the high school dolls that were popular at the time (kind of ironic how it has little to do with fim and is still popular) and had a rough start at the release being it was end of season 3. Only by the second film did things improve. As good as fim? Perhaps not but it’s pushing things to call it hsm tier.

Chances are the majority of people here wouldn’t give EQG a second thought if it didn’t have FIM characters in it.  
And they would have been right, because unlike FIM, which has proven to be watchable for many outside its target audience, EQG is exactly what it says on the package - high school musical tier trash for twelve year olds.
