Reply after 11 days but still. They aren’t leaks because Discovery have rights to release.  
Taking your way of thinking… episodes which aired on Discovery Family are also leaked because Hasbro is the only one company who have rights.  
There is huge difference between something which was released officially (like in that case) or leaked.  
Episodes from this series were released in app and website which are places owned by Discovery, one of the huge amount of companies who have rights so it makes from it official release

Probably, though. But it’s still fine about it. And have these videos of this series been copyright to block or have no issue sometimes?

I feel a bit bad about this, the first season was already leaked and now we need to wait like 3 months for the second season to be uploaded in the Hasbro’s YT channel (unless the Discovery Family app leak the episodes again)
