Sorry for the late reply. You can copy any image from a flash drive to your PS3, or download one directly from the console’s internet browser. After you’ve done that, you open the image, press the triangle button, and select “define as background”, or something along those lines.
I’m not really German, by the way. Just thought I’d try a new language than Spanish.
