We’ve added a refund clause, and made several additions to clear some issues and concerns up, as well as to better inform our supporters!
We invite you to partake in the “Terms of Service” commission project, a community collaboration piece open to all of Derpibooru! This will be a tongue-in-cheek, lighthearted picture celebrating the site and its users, and will be a staggering 7,200 pixels by 10,800 pixels large and will feature your OC characters drawn at 1,200 pixels width. If you choose to participate, your character will be in a queue with other characters, waiting to be accounted for at the front. Every character gets one optional accessory and one optional action that will allow them to stand out in the crowd! Here are the details of this piece:

And we have removed the name from the project.
I mean, yeah, but this is something else. It’s not like people can’t participate in that collab too. I know I am. And I paid for artwork to be in that, too.
And I think you’re forgetting the meaning of being apart of a community. It means you’re able to participate with everyone if you want to, and that social acceptance is what makes things fun for everyone.
I know you’re stressed about your job, and that you really dislike me with a passion, but I’m just trying to have fun with people before all of this ends. And I’m sure others want the exact same thing; to have fun with those they feel most connected with. It just so happens that we’re doing a gag.
Then that’s even more pointless, given the community collab exists and there are plenty of artists willing to draw people’s OCs for free.
If someone wants their OC drawn by Smudge, they can just get a commission from him exactly the way they want it rather than this awkward roundabout pro-paypal thing.
I don’t see how. We’re just trying doing something fun! Plus, we’ve removed Derpibooru’s name from the piece. And the poster will be taken home with me.
I think you need to relax a bit, man.
Dunno what the point of asking even was.
Waste your money as you wish, but in the unlikely event we even have another panel whatever poster you give to whoever attends will just end up in the refuse bin next to the conference room door.
Yes. So, basically, if you want your character in this piece, it will cost you $50 USD (or equivalent currency amount). This gets you:
Keep in mind that there’s still regulations regarding all of that. Accessories and actions need to be acceptable for a SFW venue. This piece, once finished and after the presentation, will be uploaded to Derpibooru.
Basically, instead of just getting your own premium piece from Smudge Proof, you get to be apart of a community event that will turn into something real!
