That does sound about right. I’d picture she’d know boundaries pretty well.
Or Celestia will be Discord’s Pinkie (the prankster that knows where to draw the line).
They’d probably try to one up each other with their pranks too.
Shipping or not, their interactions would be gold, especially if Celestia is in a trolling mood.
Right? The relationship between those characters have so many possibilities for artwork!
