Hay Garrick:Jay Garrick=OG Golden Age Flash
Mare E. Allen:Barry Allen=Silver Age/Current Flash. Best Flash
Whinny West:Wally West=Modern Age Flash, Formerly Kid Flash
Rewatching a lot of things I loved as a kid, there are a lot of references (and dirty jokes) that I didn’t get at the time. Not getting them back then didn’t ruin it for me.
@Ardashir
The correct question is, “I wonder how many of the young children who are supposed to be the intended audience would be thrown out of the story by these references?” The answer, I suspect, is somewhere close to zero.
@Sr Pelusa
Congratulations to that young lady then. If she can understand that whole confusing thing she’s doing a lot better than some adult comics fans I know.

You’d be surprised, I work as an ESL Teacher in Mexico and I found out a seventh grade girl being a fan of The Flash current show.
She explained me in less than 5 minutes the whole FLASHPOINT, the Zoom Paradox and the Crisis On Infinite Earths.
Why do people care so much if the target audience understands a reference or not?
auto-correct?
My bad, it was suppossed to be >implied flash magnus
I’m guessing the uploader either didn’t know who Flash Magnus was, or tagged him just because he was mentioned.
oh. flash was tagged earlier; didn’t know.
It’s Grimhoof, Flash’s one of Flash’s wingponies.
Oh now I get it.
