Fair enough. It’s not as traditional compared to guys though. That and when I look at lewd art, I don’t do anything but just simply look at it. Just like with safe for work art.
I’ve never done that but I’ve heard people crying from tears of joy from the experience. The rush of hormones can do that to a person.
Women need tissues for both of those things too, though of course the act is…different.
As for the OP’s meaning, it depends - it could be a little bit of both. Some people make their woohoo-parts cry, other people just straight-up cry while masturbating, for various reasons. Maybe because it’s just so good, or maybe it’s shame.
