Construction lines do not a picture make.
Check out the finished version. She’s naked. It’s likely, as a rough sketch, it may have been altered a few times. Thus the faded lines on some areas that were going to be clothes or maybe different proportions.
Looking closely I see an underwear outline, and sense she lacks cleavage, it looks like she’s wearing a shirt to me. You can even see a thin pencil line of a shirt on her back.
I can assure you, shes completely nude
