Yeah, but people hating him or his site over it, or for no real reason seems odd to me.
I also don’t get the hate over Equestria Daily either here as it’s actually a great news site for MLP, and one of the longest running brony sites.
What is there some kinda unwritten law we can only like Derpibooru? (And frankly, this place isn’t a peaceful comment section utopia either. Back in the Season 3 days, I got picked on here so much for “not hating” Twilicorn or EqG, I almost left Derpi’ for good.)

It’s a running gag that Seth is a ENORMOUS Trixie fanboy, as he’d be up late on /mlp/ posting about Trixie. Which is where the “Go to bed” meme comes from.

Why are people here always picking on Seth? Alot of people here on Derpi are just as obsessive with Trixie as he is. (Maybe even more.)
And at least Seth pokes fun at his own Trixie fanyboy-ishness, so even he doesn’t take it that seriously.
Frankly, I’m not surprised it won, as many do like them, I actually enjoyed Starlight’s friendship with Trixie too.
