Yeah, but it looks like a classic princess outfit, and obviously it looks bad on Spike because he is a BOY, besides, I think only Rarity and the important ponies from Canterlot would like that outfit.

I mean it just looks bad on Spike. It’s not a criticism of the artist or their skill. It’s more a criticism of Spike’s outfit, or maybe Applebloom’s fashion choices.
It’s fine by me.
We wouldn’t want to see something “revealing”, right?
