“Bulk Biceps is one of the backup members of the Wonderbolts.” Again, I don’t remember seeing this in canon besides seeing him in the academy.  
“Derpy is the little helper of the weather team, and she’s always busy with it.” Well, I guess she landed on a new offer? (BTW, bravo for using the real name.)  
“… and Lightning Dust are all top students in the Wonderbolts Academy.” I wonder what happened to Lightning Dust after she broke the academy record, though.

I’m working on translating the entire thing (with help from Google Translate, not because my Chinese skills are worth anything), but I thought I’d start by translating some of the headers and names:
 
Wonderbolts = 閃電飛馬隊 = lightning fly horse team  
閃 = flash  
電 = electricity  
閃電 = lightning  
飛 = to fly  
馬 = horse  
隊 = team, band, military unit
 
(Spitfire header) = 飛行隊長 = flight captain  
飛 = to fly  
行 = to carry out or to perform  
飛行 = flight  
隊 = team, band, military unit  
長 = literally means “length”  
隊長 = captain; team leader
 
Spitfire = 電光火 = electric light fire  
電 = electricity  
光 = light  
火 = fire
 
(Soarin’ header) = 空中精英 = aerial elite  
空 = literally means “empty,” here it means air in the sense of atmosphere, space, etc.  
中 = middle  
空中 = aerial (literally “empty middle,” here it means “aerial” in the sense of “in the sky or atmosphere”)  
精 = essence or spirit  
英 = can mean outstanding or excellent, also English in the sense of 英國 (England)  
精英 = the elite, the best part of something, the essence

I’m not sure if dòu dòu is supposed to sound like “dodo” or mean “dummy.”

These characters’ literal definitions are so numerous that I don’t think it’s worth translating literally. They were chosen to phonetically sound like “bulk” and I don’t think there is any deeper meaning.
 
Derpy = 小呆 = little dullard (xiǎo dāi)  
小 = little  
呆 = dull or wooden in the sense of 发呆 (to be in a trance or a daze, to stare blankly, to be petrified - ideogrammatic word origin comes from 口 = mouth, and 木 = wood)  
小 in this case I think is used to express affection (lil’ Derpy) and 呆 doesn’t simply mean “stupid” or “dumb” as much as “slow” or “absent-minded.” 呆呆兽 (兽 meaning beast) is the Chinese name for the Pokémon Slowpoke.
 
(Bottom header) = 其他小飛馬 = Other little flying horses  
其他 = other  
小 = little  
飛 = to fly  
馬 = horse
 
Flitter = 飛飛 = fly fly
 
Thunderlane = 雷霆道 = literally, Thunder Road
