Depends on entry/exit, which we don’t know where they could’ve exited out from, but also how Pia has her internal anatomy set up, and if it was going by the image you posted below about a normal anatomy, she would’ve had some serious bleeding as it would’ve hit an artery/vein/both. So the question of uterus damage is prevalent due to the unknowns.

To everyone that’s speculating that Rarity is sterile, there’s a way to find out. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I’m starting to think that Rarity’s sterile…because of the gunshots, like a lot of others are speculating, but’s lets wait before it’s official…there’s still a lot before that bombshell drops in whatever way the RD team decides to play it.
 
…For all we know Rarity may still have the capability to be a mother–albeit, because of the wounds, it could be momumentally more challenging to do so…And let’s not forget, it could be a bit similar to when a person have just one working kidney as opposed to two–as long as she has one working ovary there is still a chance she can be a mom…
 
…but then we get to whether a dragon is compatible with a pony. I’m pretty sure Pia would be more than cool with that, FFB probably made a story about that (at least in the epilouge), and it’s TBC with the other members of the crew.

Rarity was shot during a fight with a soldier and the bullts hit her uterus or something, they bullts left three small mole-like scars around her belly

I initially thought those scars meant she can’t have babies or something. Like the shots entered into her and a downward angle and hit her reproductive organs.

This is the interaction I was hoping for. The lack of clothes can also represent that lack of barriers between them in an emotional manner.
