Lady of Ships and Birbs
I’ve never really seen a dragon OC that looked like this before. I like it. He’s rather unique looking. His wings are really pretty too.
 
My critique is I find it rather hard to see certain spots of his body, especially on his face. I think you should use a darker color for the outlines for him next time. The fact that his suit is white could also be fixed considering it just blends right into him. Had it been another color, both him and the suit would pop out so to speak.
