Well, what can I say, it ignited a small spark of creativity that had been lying dormant for at least a year. Also, I think this turned out well. Also, I figured making her female made her more adorable
 
Also, Phalanx here is based on the Phalanx CIWS, a close-in marine defence system designed to protect ships from anti-ship missiles
