That’s way, way too little blood to have killed her, and I don’t think you’d be able to see the floor tiles through it.
 
You need to lose about 2 liters before you die - at least for human adults. Even if we assume ponies are very small, that’s still a whole liter, and if you pour a liter of milk on the kitchen floor, for example, you’ll make a much bigger puddle than that.

Combine the two and it seems like she wouldn’t do very well at hiding her feelings, either.

I dunno if I would describe Pinkie as doing a good job of hiding her personal feelings. I would say the exact opposite actually. “Party of One” and “Too Many Pinkie Pies” come to mind where she’s in a rut and makes it pretty obvious.

It’s sadly in character tbh. She’s the kind of character that wouldn’t tell anyone these personal feelings because she wouldn’t want to make then sad or worried. And she would do a good job of hiding it as well. When the time came where she finally does it, she knows ponies would be sad anyway and make these as her last apology despite not doing anything wrong.

I generally hate grimdark pone art, but this really hit me in the feels… Because this seems like exactly how Pinkie would do it. The apology cupcakes, I mean.
