Yeah they got lazy in recent years and only have a description instead of an actual name. They did meet us halfway with Truffle Shuffle and renamed him “Truffle” (after years of being called “Teacher”s Pet”).
It was awesome when they changed Doctor “Hooves” to “Doctor Whooves” but that didn’t last long before it was changed back (at least they renamed him from “Time Turner” early on, that’s good).
Lame.
They’re not official names, they’re just “background pony placeholder names”. Gameloft does this all the time.
