The Nazi version was also canted sideways to form an X instead of a +.
The swastika, as used by the Nazis, is known as “the twisted cross” for a reason. It’s a religious symbol, a Hindu symbol if I’m not mistaken. It’s use was meant to invoke peace and prosperity. And they still use it.
A lot of people seem to forget that. Nowadays if someone ever saw the original one they’d accuse the one who used it of being a Nazi without a second thought. Kind of like Adolf’s mustache. …weren’t the arms reversed for the Nazi version?
@Litrojia
Oh crap, I see it, too
Edited
Seeing as the pre-Nazi version was all about peace and prosperity…
Thanks now I have another unfavorable opinion of AJ…
I was demonstrating the difference between the ancient swastika and the nazi one.
Aaawkward
