Puffy Pad wasn’t sure what it meant when her Cutie Mark turned out to be a diaper, but it didn’t seem to matter what it meant, because it lead to ridicule from her peers anyway.
Eventually, she snapped and decided to just embrace it. She began wearing and using diapers and dressing and acting like a baby.
After some time, though, she realized that nobody could laugh at her if they were in the same situation as she was, so she decided that she would use her unicorn magic to turn all the ponies of Equestria into her diapered baby slaves.

What’s Rule 6?
I’m still not 100% on how she got it. I’m still thinking about it.
I was kinda worried about the colors, to be honest. Originally, her mane and coat colors were going to be switched, but I think she would’ve looked a lot worse that way.
As for the diaper, I just like drawing them really thick is all.
I was going for pigtails with the mane. I’m not sure I see what’s wrong with it…
The Cutie Mark’s supposed to be a folded-up diaper. I’ve not figured out how she got it yet, though.

Shitting yourself does not constitute a special talent.
Drawing itself: The proportions of the body seem really off, diaper looks like more of a play diaper than an actual diaper.
Colors of Pony: A bit of an eye sore. Painfully bright on bright colors usually don’t mix well.
Mane: I feel the mane could use some work, it’s a bit overdone and oddly shaped.
Cutie Mark: Not really sure what could be said about it, it just seems…not right.
