There is a difference between a corporation using someone’s art (And most of the cases I have seen of that are not from official Hasbro products), and some guy on the internet stealing someones else’s art and not crediting the the original artist that made it.  
And art-theft in general is a scummy thing to do.
 
And there is also the fact that he was known to vandalise several tags on the site by setting images that had things like porn and gore to safe, tagging every image of SPike that had him next to a character as shipping even when it wasn’t, constantly antagonising the mods, sending all his followers to go after people that call him out on his behaviour, and in general just being a really annoying user.
 
So there are plenty of reaosn why he has that tag, and not just becuase it’s he ships SPike wiht everyone :/
