I do only because female orcs will more often than not look sexy. To me the big difference is if they’re meant to basically be a human with monstrous or animal features they’re a monster boy / girl, and if they’re meant to be an animal or monster with human features they’re a furry. The face counts too, like if they don’t have a human face they’re a furry no matter what XD
When it comes to monsterboys and monstergirls, I only consider them such when there’s a part of them (typically the face and/or torso) which looks distinctly human and isn’t for the purpose of luring unsuspecting humans in to their deaths.
If they don’t have something like that, then I simply consider them monsters.
CUTE monster boy art is super uncommon. Usually male monsters are big gross orcs or pig men or something D:

Lol yeah I did it on an 8x10 drawing pad I swiped from work, where normally I draw on 81/2x12 so I keep overestimating how much space I have. I picked this angle too because I wanted it to be clear it was sex and he wasn’t like about to be killed or eaten instead or anything XD
