Translation:
(Literally,) Forward with you! Capture Purple Mirth! (yep that’s the official translation)
Not so fast… What does capturing Purple Mirth has to do with me, Twilight Sparkle?

(To make it easier to comprehend,) Get her! Get that purple mare, you guys!
Not so fast… Technically, I am a violet mare.

“暮光闪闪” literally means “Twilight Sparkle”

“紫悦” is something like “Purple Joy” , which is the official Chinese translation.

This doesn’t work.

Translation:
“Go! We must capture 紫悅!”
“Hold on… what does you capturing 紫悅 have to do with me, 暮光閃閃?

As @Background Pony #EE55 explained, it’s a joke about name translation. 紫悅 is the official name for Twilight, while the name 暮光閃閃 is a more literal translation.

Additional info: The meme origin is a set of captioned screenshots of a movie about Lu Xun, one of the greatest Chinese writers in the 20th century. Lu Xun is the pen name that the writer uses; his original name is Zhou Shuren. He’s famous for his sharp critique of the society and the government at the time when the Western countries started invading China, making the country fall into horrible conditions overall (before WWII).
In the movie, some officials were trying to find Lu Xun and capture him, but the document that they received had the name “Zhou Shuren” on it. When the officials arrived at the place where Lu Xun was at, and announced that they’re arresting Zhou Shuren, Lu Xun simply said “What does this have to do with me, Lu Xun?” in a pose similar to that of Twilight’s in this comic. The stupidity of the officials saved Lu Xun from being arrested later.

To provide more context for this comic:
In the first panel, Grubber was using the official name translation of Twilight, which literally means “Purple Delight”. Thus, in the second panel, we see Twi saying “What does ‘Purple Delight’ has to do with me, ‘Twilight Sparkle’?”, where she uses the non-official but still widely-accepted fan translation of her name, which is literally “Twilight Sparkle”.
