Here’s my ideas:  
Option C - Anon stays inside, but is stuck in the dock of Twilight’s tail  
Option D - Anon ends up harmlessly (but hopelessly) tangled in Twilight’s tail hair  
Option E - The section of Snakelight that Anon was inside stays snakey, and Twilight ends up with a normal pony front and a normal pony back, with a long, wiggly snake section between her two halves with Anon still stuck inside
