Such as actually paying for sufficient stuffings to keep her gorgeous, ever-growing gut filled.  
and finding enough bakers and cooks on staff, in town to prepare them in the first place  
and making sure the land is producing enough raw material to turn into foodstuffs
 
But such are the sweet sacrifices one is happy to make, surely~

Celestia have mercy, I’ve never seen such a radiant mare! Those scrawny Canterlot models have nothing on her - Tell me, Fancy Pants, can your wife double as a bed? Can she rip through an entire bakery’s worth of cakes and pies and then belch and ask for more? And all she asks in return are belly rubs and the occasional hose-bath. What a wonderful dream~
