Yep, this is bad writing.
Any TV-Rips, iTunes-Rips, DVD-Rips and any other rips are like that. Even for episodes which aired in USA.
You can post links to official sources like iTunes store, Google Play store, Hasbro’s upload on YouTube etc.
I’ve got this link from For Glourious Equestria so I had no idea that it is from pirated source. I’ve removed the link from description.
