Well really, is this any more of a stretch than the idea of emergency edible footwear? Which also happen to be a Rarity thing?
 
… Rarity, are you some Equestrian version of James Bond’s Q? Because this whole “ta da, something useful hidden in clothing” bit makes me think Special Agent Sweetie Drops may have you on retainer or something.

Wait, where did the heel even come from? Or did she change the design of the boots so it would be like one of those fake sneaker highheels?(that look like regular sneakers from the outside, but actually have highheels build into them)
