Spike’s birth mom, the one who laid the egg, might be unknown and the one in Sludge’s story might be fake, but honestly, with how genetics is, don’t question why I’m applying real-world genetics to the show it just makes sense, that dragon really could be Spike’s mom as a baby usually has looks that lean towards one of the parents despite gender meaning Spike possibly could’ve possibly got his looks from a dragon that looked like that despite being a boy. But this is just my two cents.

watch them totally ignore this and make Spike’s mom a short fat old dragoness in clothes when that official version actually happens.

i think her design is the only legit thing from Sludge’s story
