Interesting, but I’m sure plenty of villains would do that. Besides, Cozy Glow joined the school before Chrysalis’s episode, and it seems unlikely that Chrysalis would keep her Cozy Glow facade up even in her letters to Tirek, and when gloating to Starlight. Chrysalis is exactly the kind of villain who would reveal all her evil plans to a trapped prisoner, so I highly doubt she would stay in her Cozy Glow form. Also Chrysalis has magic, so she would use it to get rid of Neighsay instantly, instead of trying to use persuasion.

If Cozy Glow had the Changeling Army at her disposal, She would’ve done what Chrysalys has never been able to.

Pony supermacists goes so rampant they blamed and discriminate Changelings for most of problems. Changelings become so impoverished because of this, Chrysalis then says “enough” then starts terrorizes the Canterlot, Ponyville, etc.

I was going to suggest that Cozy Glow could be Chrysalis’ equally evil daughter, that she had with somepony while she was disguised as somepony else? xD
