Heretical Inquisitor
You know… I’m slowly starting to realize that I’m a weird person when it comes to gaming, I adore role-playing and more serious games, yet whenever I play with other people, whether it’s with friends or on a random multiplayer server on some random game… I can’t find people who share my opinions. When playing a military shooter like Call of Duty or Battlefield, I expect people to form a chain of command and use actual military tactics when playing, all whilst obeying their commanding officer. When playing a survival game I expect people to treat the game as if their lives actually depended on their survival within the game instead of stealing from and killing their fellow humans in a hideous display of barbarism.

Imagine playing an FPS where everyone obeyed the commands of their leader and used proper tactics against the enemy team who did the same, where efficient tactics are smiled upon and rewarded, instead of being dubbed “Overpowered” or “Hacking” and getting you banned. Or imagine a game like Minecraft where instead of annoying children stealing from you, killing you, and griefing you, everyone worked together, knowing that they need to in order to survive, where people just tolerated each other because if they didn’t then they would destroy each other and themselves, and where if you burned down or blew up someone’s home, you would be deemed a criminal and hunted down to face justice for your sins, instead of being treated like an everyday pest.

I just want to find a game where people work together like actual human beings and take everything 1000% seriously… But until then I’m content with single player experiences.
