Just a little bit of electric polarization field cast around your hooves and a dab of artificial graviton manipulation, and you got yourself a pair of invisible skywalking shoes!
Bara en liten bit av elektriskt polarisationsfält kasta runt dina hovar och en dab av artificiell gravitonmanipulation, och du fick dig ett par osynliga skywalkingskor!

If you think I’m the most defensive Starlight fan, you clearly have not been on this site long enough. And while I can be admittedly passionate when I do decide to debate over Starlight, I am by no means obsessive. As a matter of fact, I just came back from a 4+ week break from all MLP-related stuff.
While I can understand how this could create confusion for someone who isn’t familiar with the show, I think it’s still obvious to anyone who has seen the FiM that Starlight is referring to the cloud-walking spell from previous episodes. I mean, that’s the assumption I made, and I am by no means an obsessive fan.
@Glim Glam
either way at some point during the translation from Swedish back to English somebody messed up.
And of course the sooner the translation came from Equestria Daily this will probably be the one that most people song
Well, the translation didn’t come from Equestria Daily. It was some random Swedish anon on /mlp/ who simply posted a link to a pastebin with the translated dialogue. And then the subs themselves were made by Russian subbers who usually translate episodes from English to Russian. Kek. And I was there as well, trying to make the English sound better. But I wasn’t able to guess whether it was “make a spell” or “cast a spell” either, though I did guess it was the latter rather than the former.
@northern haste
Oh yeah I understand, the person who translate it to swedish, should’ve realize that Starlight didn’t make that spell, she’s clearly casting it.

I’m pretty sure that’s a mistranslation. The guy who translated from Swedish to English didn’t speak English very well, so I doubt he’d even realize the difference between “make a spell” and “cast a spell”.
Neeeeeerrrrrrrrd

Starlight aren’t the problem, it’s how they translated the language into English.
You’re probably one of the most defensive Starlight fan.
Can’t tell if it’s obsessive or not..

Well, in multilanguage there are some comparisons.

Personally I really I like to do comparisons when they stick out.
If any.
