I imagine the Dragonlands flights are: you get lashed to an adult dragon’s back, you’re given an oxygen tank and mask, and if you want to eat then take the mask off at 20,000 feet and whatever lands in your mouth is yours.

The crew and passengers will be perfectly fine. Plane and luggage? Not so much. The CMC are disastrous, not tragic. Unless you count tree sap as tragic…

At the link Baron (the artist) suggested that this is supposed to be the CMC as flight attendants on a regular old human-world jetliner.
Given what Equestrian technology is, they’re probably on an airship, with no doubt lifeboats.

Unless the pilots, crew, and passengers all collapse from their awful cooking. At which point the CMC will have to pilot the plane in for a safe(?) landing.
If that was the pilot’s crotch just now? They’ll be lucky to get parachutes.
How will they fire them, by tossing them out the door at 20,000 feet?
Maybe not even that long.
