Most likely someone was fooled by the very human-looking body style into thinking it was an Anthro drawing without clothes. Hence, questionable and nudity.

…speaking of which, I’m pondering the “bad anatomy” tag. I know it’s a subject and controversial one, but that is not what equine backs and shoulders look like. Is there another tag more appropriate?
