Wowie, this was smething else. So today marks the 8th anniversary of FIM airing on TV. However, 2018 also marks the franchise’s 35th official anniversary. I tried to incorporate all the current generations into here; G1 being represented by Surprise with her 1980’s styled mane, G2 with her position and background skin to the G2 logo, G3/3.5 by the hearts framing it (both logos used the same shape), and finally ending it off with G4 with Surprise drawn in G4’s art style.
 
I originally went for a loneliness look at first, but that all went downhill when I started in the mane. Also, I’m so glad that the Uniball’s white gel pen exists. Early on with the coloring I somehow put “89” instead of “83”. Safe to say it cleaned up the mistake quick! Though the colorng on the prismacolored sections (aside for the black) is something keft to be desired for. Regardless, this came out pretty heccin’ good!
