I don’t get what they mean by it being upside-down, but it does look like part of the Cutie Mark is on her stomach, just above her hip joint. It would have looked better if you lowered it or cut part of it off.

That’s an exaggeration. If you go off and talk about automobiles or something on an image like this then yes it will be deleted. Also sometimes there are things you should leave off of image comments.

It’s not upside down, and it’s been cut and twisted slightly to suggesting following the curve of her pelvis. You’ll note the side that closest to her crotch does not match up.
