They left out Monday the third. Had they added it, we would have gotten the two hundred ten tokens we needed for the pony.

It might depend on what platform you were using. I went from an Android to another Android.
I had to restart when i went from lumiya 928 to my droid turbo 2.
And i have to restart again after doing a factory reset on my droid.
That’s 3 different times i have started from scratch.
And i can’t even regain the past gem purchases either like google says i can.
I have absolutely nothing.
Alternatively if he hasn’t logged in yet, he may get a message that basically says “the local save does not match the save on the server” and then ask which he wants to keep.
I saw that message once but the difference was only a few minutes.
It doesn’t restart since they added Google play support. If he restarted before then idk. It can’t hurt to ask
They have good customer service.
If he restarted the town, he probably overwrote the save on the server though.
You shouldn’t have to. Gameloft keeps a copy of your save files. Just contact them and they’ll help you out. They did that with me
I can’t get my purchases back and for the 3rd, i have to start over from scratch.
