I’ve been in the last two years, the organizer shows all the artists the receipts for the donations since we don’t see any of the money.
No, you’re right, I assumed when they said “non profit art pack” that they would be registered as an actual non profit organization, with all the benefits as such.
Easily could be wrong there, just as I’m sure you can easily prove that they actually are running the group. Non profit, not keeping a single dime and donating it all to the Toys For Tots charity as they claim.

Hope they are, that’d be great. But again, I’m sure you can verify it in a way that their Tumblr account doesn’t.
