What’s horrifying is that he could of easily of said that the skype screencaps were faked

Honestly, I really have no idea why they haven’t arrested him. If I had to guess it would be that there is some jurisdiction snafu going on or they just believe that even if they went after him the sentence he would get would be nonexistent (ie. probation or something) or any lawyer could get the evidence thrown out of court because of how it was gathered.
 
I would say the first or third is the most likely reason; as if this was all fake or exaggerated Toon could sue everyone involved and get a major payday from them. Even if he couldn’t get paid I find it hard to believe he wouldn’t still sue to clear his name if it was fake.

Considering how seriously they take this particular crime, wouldn’t that imply that there isn’t actually any solid evidence against him and we’ve all been bamboozled? Those guys POUNCE on anything that’s even remotely plausible when it comes to potential csa.

What I find ironic about this post is that this is the 69th post using the oc:toonkriticy2k tag.

He’s on a roleplaying site now. I bet more victims are around him that need to be safe.

So did anything ever happen with this guy? Because last I heard the FBI or his local Police told people to stop reporting him because they weren’t going to do anything about it. Though that was a while ago.
