Oh yeah.. I guess the body does look kind of weird  
Usually it’s the heads that do it so that’s where I was confused because it didn’t look that off to me

well, the bags under her eyes are a little pronounced, which along with the darkened sclera makes her look very… worn out? there’s also her knobby wrist, which people associate with being elderly in humans, or starving. her left leg doesn’t… quite attach to her pelvis the same as her right, which looks a bit odd.
 
doesn’t look uncanny to me, but if someone’s triggered by it, that’s what I think would do it. that and there’s too much detail in places where there isn’t any sharp transition in color or shade.
 
personally I love this picture, her expression is sweet, her knobby little wrist is cute, and her hair is amazing. all I’d really suggest is a little more attention to the structure of her wings, making them more fan-shaped than knife shaped. they’re still beautiful, soft, fluffy wings. lucky butterfly ♥
