Roboshi and that background pony sort of said it below quite well. It’s Roboshi. I find it fun. If you’re going to poke at my fun, maybe I should poke at you liking MLP? Poking at other peoples harmless fun is a quick way to get labeled an asshole.

Funny thing is, Roboshi didn’t want or ask for the attention in the first place (IIRC). People just noticed him faving everything and it somehow turned into a big deal amongst the Ponibooru community members.

It’s more of an long time running gag.
 
Back on Ponibooru we use to post the weirdest shit and captioned it “I bet Roboshi won’t fav this” or something in a way to dare him since he’d fav nearly everything that was posted he faved.
 
It’s not like we actually worship the stuff he favs,
 
It’s just a fun running gag.

Well back then i used to care about Roboshi and to think it was funny, but now i just don’t mind.  
Nothing against Roboshi faving everything, but but a lightning doesn’t strike twice :P

Roboshi faving things is basically just a community thing. It’s a funny idiosyncrasy of his we like to celebrate and joke about. If it’s not your thing, don’t worry about it.
