A project from sometime last year, this is the floor plan of Carousel Boutique in an alternate world. Here, Rarity is every bit the trendsetter we know, except she tends to apply form and function a bit more evenly. She still makes clothes and has a passion for the finer things, but many would term this Rarity more of an inventor or tinker than a fashionista.
Technically, this is concept art for a fanfiction of mine, which you may or may not see on FIMFiction one day. Or turned into a comic. We’ll see ^^

Ah. I was wondering what the blast doors were about.
This Rarity is an innovator in more ways than one. The blast doors prevent damage to the rest of the shop and keep her inventions secure. Even the windows are composed of layers of hardened materials.
In a pinch, the workshop can also function as an excellent bomb shelter! ^^
