Yes, the female abyssinians have breasts. This is partly confirmed by the latest revelation about how the cat people of the Equus had originated, they are based on magical cats from human mythology - more correctly Japanese nekomata / bakeneko that can change shape from cat to human as true shapeshifters. The abyssinians grow like ordinary kittens no different from the normal ones, and appear to remain four-legged cats until they reach a certain age. Possibly puberty, then the abyssinian can switch to the human form. But MLP G4 has a ban on humans that is not allowed on Equus, which makes the adult abyssinans into anthro cats with the upper body based on the human body. That is why abyssinans could be so big and so different from other cats, they are magical cats that have an anthro form instead of a human form.
 
There are so far three “people” who have a human upper body between the crotch / lower abdomen and the neck in Equus, these are centaurs, minotaurs and now the abyssinians. This could not be seen easily on the magic cats due to the coat and as they are more elastic in muscle building.
