Yeah, I think maybe next time Starlight says she’s not good with manes, Rarity might want to listen.
That didn’t work out so well either.
I meant her other way of dealing with Discord: apologizing even though she did nothing wrong just to get him to behave. Certainly unorthodox, and not as effective as anything Fluttershy could do, but it worked.
Mane problems, on the other hand? She’s tried to deal with them on two different occasions and failed both times.
Only because he let her.
Even then it changed nothing.
Only Fluttershy can make Discord behave.
She did find a roundabout way of dealing with Discord, eventually. But manes are definitely her weak point.
