HECK NO, making here a pegasus would make some things she does less awesome, no need for grappling hooks, parachutes, gliders, and other things, LAME!
I remember the few occasions where Ron was useful and even kicked ass a couple times. Also the movie where they hooked up finally.
(Ron as an earth pony I can see. But I might have made Kim a pegasus like Daring Do or an adventurous unicorn.)
