I personally would recomend nerf guns, as they are much cheaper to buy in case you mess something up. Also, they are much easier to mod :)
I think that KKat just intentionally left out the “gun conservation” part, so it wouldn’t be boreing to the readers :/
As far as I know, all weapons in Fallout 3 and New Vegas have to be repaired from time to time.
If you spend a little extra on airsoft replica guns, you could try a Desert Eagle. Or spend the 1,800 dollars for a real one if you’re feeling dedicated enough to scratch the names into its grips.
For this one, I used Nerf Hammershot. I’m also planing to make “Vigilance” and I’ll probably use Nerf Rival Kronos XVIII-500. ^^
I’m not looking forward to getting all the names onto the grip :/

Thanks, I use Gamesworkshop’s Munitorum Varnish clear coat paint. It may be a bit expensive, but it does the job really well and it dries very fast ^^
