Okay, first thing: That tornado wasn’t my fault, and if anything, Rainbow Crash was part of it two.  
Second: I didn’t knew some random ponies on a baloon would get hit by it.  
Third: They didn’t got harmed. If it weren’t Rainbow Crash, the Wonderbolts would’ve saved them, whatever.  
And Rainbow wasn’t even punished! I got kicked of the Academy and she gets promoted?
