I always wondered if we would get one of those epilogue type endings where we see where everyone ended up. I guess it won’t be long before we find out for sure…

Oh, that’s true. With the show ending, even if the trio gets reformed we won’t actually see how they would behave as “good guys”. It would be up to the fans to write fanfiction for them…
I don’t know if he necessarily had pity for the bird, and he was shown to be a rather destructive villain when he got fully powered. (In both his original appearance, and in Starlight’s/Twilight’s brief time traveling antics.) So I wouldn’t disregard his past transdressionsl or aggressive behavior.
I like both Chrissy & Tirek as villains, but I guess with the show ending it doesn’t matter anymore.
With Cozy, he hasn’t shown many overt hints of that… but he seemed to take absolutely zero pleasure from a bird being blown into his hands, looked concerned for it, and he reflexively caught it as it fell. I don’t think a villain in this show they’re building to be absolutely irredeemable would be shown to have anything resembling a soft spot for animals, or still care enough about his “Gram-Gram” to get defensive, as Frenemies showed before that.
This is probably an unpopular opinion:
I’d rather have Chrysalis be irredeemable than Tirek, if all three being reformed wasn’t an option.

At this point, all three of them are light hearted characters much like Team Rocket and arguably Tirek has been showing signs of caring for Cozy Glow like a father.
I kinda dislike that idea, because we’ve had too many reformations of former villains throughout the series already, and fans are divided on what characters deserve, or don’t deserve reformation, as well. (Though, I suppose killing them off might be no less creative either. Especially Cozy whom is a child, so that might be overkill for her.)
I also find it kinda shallow when fans hate on say Discord’s reformation, (or insert other character here) and say they want Chrysalis or Cozy or something reformed instead, just because they’re “cute girls,” or something.
I don’t think that last part will happen. I agree with the people that think this will lead to the three of them getting reformed and helping the Mane Six.
Apparently, the other villains still didn’t learn from Sombra’s example, seeing as they’re hiding the bell from Groger, and planning to sometime use it against him, and betray him basically. Which is probably going to screw up everything Groger had planned, and bite all the remaining villains back hard.
I think he works better as an example if he is not revived.
Grogar could bring him back but he doesn´t want to.
Actually Grogar wanted him to come back. Remember they had a deal “Go ahead and try succeed on your own, but if you fail, you will listen to my command”
Sombra failed, and Grogar only said to the others “Now you see what happens to those that don’t follow my plan” clearly implying Sombra is gone for good
He probably could bring him back but doesn’t want to since Sombra disobeyed him.
I don’t see how they can, as Groger already revived him, but apparently couldn’t bring him back after his second defeat.
I hope he does come back
