I agree, The justice system is primitive and beyond broken, It gives far too harsh of punishments and focuses on pain and punishment instead of teaching and rehabilitation, (Which does nothing to fix the problem, Only causes a buildup for justice against the ‘justice system’ and resentment) Or just not interfering at all in some cases where It’s perfectly fine. It needs to be seriously altered or redone from scratch. Also, Diapers are completely harmless and there are some who give the interest a completely bad name and who may over dramatize/demonize it. If it’s just things like wearing them and peeing in them. (Not getting aroused) It’s fine. But there’s people who definitely go further than that who give it a bad name. Like I said, The humans who made the system in the first place were way too destructive.

This is exactly what Charlie Chaplan meant by “machine men with machine hearts”. No fucking common sense or decency. They’re the ones who deserve to live the rest of their lives on probation for so flippantly doing such a thing to two children.
 
Damn them. Damn them to hell, judge, prosecutor, jury, all involved who contributed to such a digraceful and disgusting shitshow. They’re causing the exact sort of trauma and damage CP laws were meant to prevent, but even worse since it’s forced on them with threat of overwhelming physical force.

Unless one of them was way older than the other. Then I could understand it. I do want to know - where they close in age, or not? Otherwise it’s gonna keep bothering me that people turned into machine-men with machine-hearts and carried out the letter without any reason and ruined two kids’ lives for doing something adults do legally all the time (if they’re holding pictures of people their own age, that is).
 
Otherwise, it greatly upsets me to see kids treated as adults and punished harshly for doing the dumb things kids sometimes do, because they’re kids and just don’t know better.

Something similar happened at my school a few years ago. The offenders are going to have to register as sex offenders when they turn 18

So this just made me wonder… what if a minor is in possession of CP? Especially a child of equal or younger age than the one pictured? It’s just an odd scenario I wonder if the law handles properly.
