In the english version it is called The Great Seedling.

Dryads are finally canon in the show, after the fandom has been using them for years (like the ones in Legends of Equestria. The ones in this screenshot are called “Apple Dryads”):

I am, in fact, fully aware that this episode, like all the others, was originally made in English.
 
This does not change the fact that “germoglio” does not translate to “seed”.
 
Now, it’s entirely possible that this entity is named “the Great Seed” in English. However, as far as I am aware, the official English version of this episode has not aired yet, so we simply have to wait until it does to see what the original English name is.

The Italian version was translated from English.

“The Great Sprout” would be a better translation – “seed” would be “seme”.

In the episode, it was called “il grande germoglio”, which means “the Great Seed”. Judging by this episode’s English title, that’s what that creature will probably be called.
