I’d have to agree. The head shape is the most noticable problem, IMO. Colors and some pixel placement could be better too. And the image is far too zoomed in, making it hard to see the entiere shape at once.

As a pixel art, it actually looks pretty bad compared to what others look like, I’m not trying to shame the artist in no way, but this is pretty bad looking.
