How exactly did the changelings get the bullet hole ridden look? Up until now I just thought that was the way they were designed to make them more intimidating.
@soundtea
This ain’t seeing the light of day in the actual show. But I’m not gonna lie, if they ever plan on reforming her on the show, a design like this would be ideal for me.
@soundtea
That’s what I was thinking. Lots of things from the comics appeared in the Gameloft Game (e.g. Chummer, the Evertree Forest Deer, Accord, Princess Eris, Alicorn Pinkie, the pirate ponies, etc.) and none of them appeared in the show yet.
@soundtea
Ah yes, in the comics that was a flashback from before changelings got their Swiss-cheese look.
So maybe it doesn’t mean anything for the series.
How maybe the show writers liked the design, which is pretty cool.
Oh. I didn’t think my statement on the “riddled with bullet holes” comment would be so literal.
Celestia took a gun and shot holes into them like cheese.
…
Well, she didn’t use a gun but the Changelings attacked the ponies and Celestia retaliated hard.
Edited because: The second picture is redundant.
Yeah I just forgot about that because I don’t keep up with the comics as much
But, that probably has more to do with Kamen riders having insect-like traits to their armor.
That’s what she looked like in one of the comics.
Same. I’ve been meaning to get a figure from Shuxer of her with this design

Yeah, and given Siege was literally entirely retconned…

Nah, Gameloft does these promo vectors all the time. It means in no way its coming to the show at all.
When did they take something from the comic and put it in a future episode?
Damn, another adaptation from the comic probably for the future episode XD

I guess this confirms that she will be reformed.
Glad that her color scheme didn’t change.
Edit: Huh, the comments only appeared after I posted.
