So Nick Confalone had an idea for an EqG series finale that we won’t get to see. Obviously that kind of deal is standard in the industry, but as someone who feels EqG really deserves a true finale to wrap everything up (which we probably won’t get), I am beyond curious as to what it is.

I don’t think it has anything to do with a normal rejection based on content. It’s likely that they were unsure of the fate of the brand and didn’t want to commit to ending it or he pitched it while renewal was still up in the air.

I still think the only reason Forgotten Friendship got made was because they were able to work in a beach theme.
